Why is the volume low when I connect my phone via Bluetooth?All models+

If Reduce Loud Audio is enabled in Headphone Safety, it may limit Bluetooth volume. Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety and adjust or disable the limit. Your speaker can then reach its full volume output.

Why does the battery on my GKD61 drain quickly?GKD61+

Full-brightness LED lighting uses more power and can reduce overall battery runtime. For longer playtime, switch to a lower lighting mode or turn the lights off when they are not needed.

How do I reset frequency interference on my wireless microphone?All blue round UHF microphone models+

Press and hold the Power button and the Frequency Up (CH+) button at the same time for 3 seconds. The Lock icon will light up on the display when the frequency reset is complete.

What should I do if the microphones will not connect or have no sound?All models with independent mic volume control+

First, make sure the microphone volume is turned up and not muted. If there is still no sound, press and hold any button on the microphone for 10 seconds. Keep holding it while turning the speaker off and back on, then release the button after the speaker restarts. The microphone should reconnect automatically.
